The UA HELP website has been created in Ukraine, thanks to which Ukrainian citizens who were forced or are still planning to leave for Poland due to the war. Such persons can receive all necessary information on departure, documents, free help. The telegram bot UAHelpBot also started working.

Thanks to the new site and chatbot, citizens of Ukraine will be able to find relevant information on:
border crossing conditions for adults and children;
conditions of stay in Poland;
obtaining documents and relevant status – refugee or temporary protection
The site will also help: find jobs, get clarifications regarding medical and financial assistance, find a kindergarten and school for children.
